Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets in the aviation lubricants and chemicals sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation industry.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company products.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the aviation, lubricants, or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of aviation lubricants and chemicals, with the ability to explain technical details to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
