Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of distributors to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
- Monitor distributor performance, providing coaching and support to drive productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
