Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the pre-opening phase and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct site inspections and presentations to showcase the property’s unique offerings.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with Hilton’s sales policies.
- Train and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury or pre-opening environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
