Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Modern Trade channels in Bali.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key FMCG retail accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability and market penetration.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall performance.
- Represent Ouji at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on Modern Trade channels.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
