Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s marine travel portfolio in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including travel agencies, cruise lines, and corporate partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the marine travel sector.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with vendors, suppliers, and tourism boards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotions and campaigns that drive bookings.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolution of client inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the travel, tourism, or marine industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
- In-depth knowledge of marine travel products, including cruises, yacht charters, and luxury travel experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
