Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali luxury travel market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
- Lead a team of sales executives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Design and promote bespoke travel packages, including accommodations, tours, and exclusive experiences tailored to client preferences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and digital content to drive lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure competitive rates and exclusive perks for clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining a 95%+ satisfaction rate.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality, travel, or luxury service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Baliās tourism landscape, including popular destinations, cultural nuances, and luxury offerings.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.
