Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness for Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners to expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities and optimize pricing, promotions, and offerings.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences, from booking to check-out, aligning marketing efforts with service excellence.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including occupancy rates, RevPAR, and ROI on marketing campaigns, to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and a guest-centric mindset.
- Passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in Bali’s tourism industry.
