Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the security team to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to incidents or breaches.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Train and mentor security staff on best practices and compliance standards.
- Investigate and report security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activities and ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Certification in security management or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local security regulations and emergency protocols.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Proficiency in using security systems and surveillance technology.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
