Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across assigned outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring cost control and minimizing waste.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional strategies and menu innovations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including sales, expenses, and staff performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
