Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining clean, organized dining and service areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
- Assist in restocking supplies and preparing service stations for shifts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
