Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
  • Operate telephone systems, manage emails, and process correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
  • Uphold company standards for service excellence and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or similar role in hospitality or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (PMS) is advantageous.
