Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Operate telephone systems, manage emails, and process correspondence professionally.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Uphold company standards for service excellence and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or similar role in hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (PMS) is advantageous.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
