Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve meals and drinks according to company standards, ensuring presentation and timing meet expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Handle payment processing efficiently and accurately, including cash, card, and digital transactions.
- Provide personalized recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, or special promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality, catering, or fine dining (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance and adherence to company dress code.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
