Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Monitor table rotations and manage reservations to optimize guest flow.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or upscale hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
- Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Relevant certification in hospitality management is advantageous.
