Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Monitor table rotations and manage reservations to optimize guest flow.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or upscale hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
