Responsibility
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of department heads and staff
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with local tourism boards, travel agents, and corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and brand standards
- Drive innovative marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with at least 5 years as a General Manager
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving guest satisfaction scores
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of hotel P&L statements and revenue management
- Experience working in international or culturally diverse environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
