Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature meet establishment standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, anticipating requests and resolving any concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions with integrity.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods while carrying trays or plates.
