Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to offer expert recommendations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Set up and maintain dining areas, including table arrangements, linens, and utensils, according to establishment standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and gourmet cuisine is advantageous.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for non-local applicants).
