Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently for Receptionists.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly for Servers.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized barista station.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a tidy and visually appealing front-of-house area, including dining tables, reception, and bar.
  • Upsell menu items or promotions when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house role (Receptionist, Server, or Barista) in hospitality, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for customer service with a guest-first mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software (training provided for specific tools).
