Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently for Receptionists.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly for Servers.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized barista station.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a tidy and visually appealing front-of-house area, including dining tables, reception, and bar.
- Upsell menu items or promotions when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front-of-house role (Receptionist, Server, or Barista) in hospitality, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for customer service with a guest-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software (training provided for specific tools).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to company dress code standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
