Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Accor properties in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) organizers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key accounts, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional offers to drive bookings.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable reports to senior management.
- Represent Accor at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel as needed.
