Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for leisure groups, MICE, and luxury private tours.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals to drive repeat business.
  • Design and present customized travel packages, including itineraries, pricing, and value-added services, to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of travel bookings and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
  • Represent Medmark Travel Inc at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel sales, hospitality, or tourism, with a focus on group travel, MICE, or luxury private tours.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, including destination expertise, vendor partnerships, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
