As we establish this location as our key strategic hub for Southeast Asia, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our regional growth and spearhead our market expansion.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building our brand presence, cultivating high-value client relationships, and establishing T.H.I Logistics as a leader in the regional supply chain sector. We are looking for a visionary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the logistics landscape. You will lead our local sales efforts, mentor a growing team, and contribute directly to the foundational success of our Singapore operations.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the Singaporean and Southeast Asian logistics markets.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with high-value accounts in the shipping, freight, and supply chain sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to set revenue targets and monitor KPIs for the Singapore hub.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent T.H.I Logistics at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven B2B sales experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring or managing sales personnel.
- Deep knowledge of regional logistics routes, customs regulations, and supply chain solutions in Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously in a startup-style office environment while maintaining alignment with global company objectives.
