As our Sales Manager, you will be the face of Camaron Primera Inc. You will be responsible for identifying key growth opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring that our high-quality live shrimp products reach our valued customers consistently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a deep understanding of the food and beverage or wholesale seafood market.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for live shrimp products.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, including restaurants, markets, and distributors.
- Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities within the Metro Manila area.
- Ensure the consistent and timely delivery of premium-quality live shrimp to all accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to manage supply levels and meet customer demand.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aquaculture, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Prior experience in the food, beverage, or seafood industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) for reporting and communication.
