Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the industrial refrigeration business in Indonesia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored refrigeration solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the industrial refrigeration or HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, process engineering, and industrial applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
