As a key liaison between Ruangguru and educational institutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding access to quality education. Whether youâre presenting to administrators, conducting training sessions, or analyzing market needs, your work will have a direct and lasting impact on Indonesiaâs educational landscape.
Responsibility
- Conduct on-site visits to schools across Bali to introduce and demonstrate Ruangguruâs digital learning platforms and methodologies.
- Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to educators, administrators, and stakeholders to showcase the benefits of technology in education.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers to secure partnerships and adoption of Ruangguruâs solutions.
- Gather feedback from schools to refine product offerings and tailor solutions to local educational needs.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop localized strategies for school outreach and retention.
- Stay updated on educational trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to position Ruangguru as a leader in EdTech.
- Provide post-implementation support, including training sessions and troubleshooting, to ensure seamless integration of digital tools in classrooms.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in teaching or EdTech is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including school leaders and teachers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and a genuine interest in educational technology.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local languages are a bonus.
