As a key liaison between Ruangguru and educational institutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding access to quality education. Based in Bali’s dynamic hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll enjoy a collaborative work environment while contributing to a nation-wide movement to modernize education. Whether you’re presenting to administrators, conducting training sessions, or analyzing market needs, your work will have a direct and lasting impact on Indonesia’s educational landscape.

Responsibility

  • Conduct on-site visits to schools across Bali to introduce and demonstrate Ruangguru’s digital learning platforms and methodologies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to educators, administrators, and stakeholders to showcase the benefits of technology in education.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers to secure partnerships and adoption of Ruangguru’s solutions.
  • Gather feedback from schools to refine product offerings and tailor solutions to local educational needs.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop localized strategies for school outreach and retention.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to position Ruangguru as a leader in EdTech.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including training sessions and troubleshooting, to ensure seamless integration of digital tools in classrooms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in teaching or EdTech is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including school leaders and teachers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a field-based role.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and a genuine interest in educational technology.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local languages are a bonus.
