Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key stakeholders in assigned regions (Bali).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Ruangguruâs digital learning platforms and solutions.
- Identify client needs and propose customized educational solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting Ruangguruâs products and services.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to align field activities with company goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting (preferably in the education or edtech sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within assigned regions.
- Passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by schools and students.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Maximum age of 30 years (as per company policy).
