Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to expand our customer base in Bali.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in outdoor sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with a flexible schedule.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Passion for sales, customer service, and building lasting client relationships.
