Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for Hajj and Umrah packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth booking processes and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present customized travel proposals, including pricing, itineraries, and service inclusions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines accurately.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, or roadshows to boost brand awareness and conversions.
- Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Knowledge of Hajj/Umrah travel processes or Islamic tourism is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
