As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our valued customers.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for Hajj and Umrah packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth booking processes and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present customized travel proposals, including pricing, itineraries, and service inclusions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines accurately.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, or roadshows to boost brand awareness and conversions.
  • Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Knowledge of Hajj/Umrah travel processes or Islamic tourism is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
