Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to retain and grow accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging client needs to position Taxsam.co as a leader.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, account management, or client relations, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
