Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned FMCG products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali's retail landscape and distribution channels is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
