As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your sales expertise to promote our products and drive revenue growth. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in Bali.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned FMCG products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with Bali's retail landscape and distribution channels is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
