Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and accelerate deal closures in the cloud gaming sector.
- Lead forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and real-time performance tracking.
- Optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools to enhance productivity and data integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales processes with business objectives.
- Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards to measure sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., reporting, lead assignment) to free up time for high-value activities.
- Manage global sales logistics, including territory assignments, quota setting, and incentive programs.
- Stay ahead of cloud gaming industry trends to inform strategic decisions and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields; MBA or advanced analytics certification is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in SaaS, gaming, or tech industries.
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms with a track record of process optimization.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge gaps between sales, leadership, and other departments.
- Familiarity with cloud gaming ecosystems (e.g., NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Xbox Cloud Gaming) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work mid-shift hours (e.g., 12 PMâ9 PM Bali time) and adapt to a remote, global team environment.
