Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and accelerate deal closures in the cloud gaming sector.
  • Lead forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and real-time performance tracking.
  • Optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools to enhance productivity and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales processes with business objectives.
  • Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards to measure sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., reporting, lead assignment) to free up time for high-value activities.
  • Manage global sales logistics, including territory assignments, quota setting, and incentive programs.
  • Stay ahead of cloud gaming industry trends to inform strategic decisions and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields; MBA or advanced analytics certification is a plus.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in SaaS, gaming, or tech industries.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms with a track record of process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge gaps between sales, leadership, and other departments.
