Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to retain and expand key accounts in the Philippines and APAC region, focusing on aviation MRO services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including airlines, MRO providers, and OEMs, to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams, and technical decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations, RFP responses, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to align sales efforts with company capabilities and market demand.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in the aviation industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on MRO, aerospace, or aviation services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably within the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of aviation MRO processes, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EASA, FAA, CAAP).
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages (e.g., Tagalog, Mandarin, Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the APAC region as required.
