Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying needs and recommending suitable telecom products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for mobile plans, devices, and accessories.
- Educate customers on the latest telecommunications technologies, promotions, and pricing plans.
- Process transactions accurately, including activations, upgrades, and contract renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive in-store experience and drive foot traffic.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in telecommunications or electronics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
