Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential site locations for network expansion, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition processes, including feasibility studies, negotiations with landowners, and securing necessary permits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, property owners, and industry stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisitions.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and growth opportunities in target regions.
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and finance teams to ensure compliance, cost-efficiency, and risk mitigation in all transactions.
- Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and progress reports to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt acquisition strategies proactively.
- Drive timely project execution to meet or exceed quarterly and annual acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, business development, or real estate, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value deals with landowners, governments, or commercial entities.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Indonesia (Bali region preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
