Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts for heavy equipment sales and leasing agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand positioning and customer needs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or national capacity.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and market dynamics.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region (Bali and potentially other parts of Indonesia).
  • Familiarity with heavy machinery products, specifications, and industry trends is highly advantageous.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
