Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts for heavy equipment sales and leasing agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand positioning and customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or national capacity.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region (Bali and potentially other parts of Indonesia).
- Familiarity with heavy machinery products, specifications, and industry trends is highly advantageous.
