Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, developers, and property investors in Bali’s premium markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your architectural knowledge to propose value-driven design and construction solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and operations) to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in architecture, interior design, and real estate, ensuring competitive positioning.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Provide expert consultation on architectural feasibility, material selection, and design aesthetics to guide client decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand brand visibility.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to refine strategies and meet targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Business from a reputable university.
- Proven passion for architecture, with a strong portfolio or professional experience in design, construction, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the architecture, real estate, or luxury market sectors.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client management abilities.
- Familiarity with Bali’s property market, architectural trends, and key industry players is highly advantageous.
