Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Generaliâs market presence in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, client acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders to drive sales and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for insurance and financial products.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior team members and agents to enhance performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, forecasts, and growth strategies to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or insurance, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the insurance and financial services industry, including products, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
