Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent SpringHealth at industry events, trade shows, and corporate meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
