Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for luxury property sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive advantages in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including investors, expatriates, and local buyers.
- Organize and lead property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling listings, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on legal regulations, financing options, and market conditions affecting property transactions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate sales reports.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in real estate sales, property development, or high-ticket B2C sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Mandarin or Indonesian, are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market or willingness to relocate and immerse in the local industry.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and ability to engage with high-profile clients.
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) and knowledge of property laws in Indonesia.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools.
