Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the engineering or water treatment industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
