Responsibility
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients, hospitals, and medical partners.
- Identify and engage high-potential leads through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Negotiate and close contracts and service agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, conversion rates, and client retention.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to maintain strong client relationships and upsell additional services.
- Stay updated on industry trends in healthcare, aesthetics, and lasik technology to position Shinagawa as a market leader.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or aesthetic services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in client relationship management (CRM) and pipeline development.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
