Responsibility

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients, hospitals, and medical partners.
  • Identify and engage high-potential leads through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Negotiate and close contracts and service agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, conversion rates, and client retention.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to maintain strong client relationships and upsell additional services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in healthcare, aesthetics, and lasik technology to position Shinagawa as a market leader.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or aesthetic services.
