Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure and post-sales support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial institutions, including banks, fintech firms, and insurance companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FSI sector, aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, and technical) to deliver customized solutions and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in the financial services sector.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, reports, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry challenges (e.g., digital banking, payments, risk management).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
