Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and convert new clients in industries requiring testing instruments (e.g., manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and electronics).
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and grow the customer base in Bali and beyond.
  • Product Knowledge & Consultation: Master our portfolio of testing instruments to provide expert recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Targets & Performance: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, with a focus on high-margin products and long-term contracts.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with profitability in mind.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with engineers and product specialists to address client technical queries and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to position GMM Technoworld as the preferred supplier.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, scientific instruments, or technical products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with testing instruments (e.g., hardness testers, spectrophotometers, material testing machines) is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: A hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quotas in commission-based roles.
