Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, particularly Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, present product solutions, and close sales deals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
- Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly to maintain trust and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market updates, and forecasts to management.
- Adhere to all K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken); proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
