Responsibility
- Proactively engage with potential members through in-person consultations, phone calls, and digital outreach to promote Anytime Fitness memberships.
- Conduct personalized fitness center tours, highlighting club amenities, membership benefits, and value propositions to drive conversions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and referral programs to attract new members.
- Stay updated on fitness industry trends, competitor offerings, and Anytime Fitnessâs latest programs to provide accurate and compelling sales pitches.
- Manage administrative tasks, including membership contracts, payment processing, and CRM updates to ensure seamless operations.
- Represent Anytime Fitness at community events, wellness fairs, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving goals.
- Basic understanding of fitness and wellness principles, with the ability to articulate the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools (training provided for Anytime Fitness systems).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate member schedules.
