Responsibility

  • Represent Central Mega Kencana's premium jewellery collections in assigned retail locations across Bali
  • Provide exceptional customer service to local and international clients, creating memorable luxury shopping experiences
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of jewellery pieces, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure optimal presentation of jewellery displays
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Collaborate with store management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches
  • Generate sales reports and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods, jewellery, or high-end retail (fresh graduates with exceptional potential will be considered)
  • Passion for jewellery and appreciation for fine craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for luxury retail environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
