Responsibility
- Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager and Senior Executives in fulfilling customer requirements and inquiries.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
