Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for ads and analytics products, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on government and enterprise clients.
- Develop and present data-driven sales pitches and proposals tailored to client objectives, leveraging market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive engagement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., revenue targets, conversion rates, client acquisition) using CRM tools and analytics platforms.
- Stay updated on digital advertising technologies (e.g., programmatic ads, SEO/SEM, social media analytics) and advise clients on best practices.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing models to maximize profitability while delivering value to clients.
- Mentor junior sales team members and share insights to improve team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record in digital advertising or analytics.
- Experience working with government sector clients or large enterprises is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of ads platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies for clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
