Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for luxury resorts and hospitality properties in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive performance and exceed KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships with event planners, wedding coordinators, and luxury travel platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotions tailored to the Bali market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and guest services to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality, luxury resorts, or travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Baliâs hospitality market and key industry players.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
