As a key player in our sales team, you will engage with hoteliers, travel agencies, and hospitality businesses, showcasing the benefits of our innovative software solutions. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Based in the picturesque locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will enjoy a flexible work environment while contributing to the digital transformation of the hospitality industry.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our Hotel Property Management Software in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hotels, resorts, and travel agencies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our software effectively.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or software industry.
- Strong understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) or related software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali hospitality market is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
