Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
