Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals through coaching and performance management.
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with the Bali market or experience in Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is preferred.
